Custom Orders

I’m afraid I cannot exchange or refund bespoke/personalised items unless they are damaged in transit. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. For rings that have been specially sized I do offer an exchange but please ensure that you have had your finger accurately sized before ordering to avoid mistakes. Most local jewellery shops will do this for you for free.


I endeavour to make and dispatch all orders within 10 days. If for any reason I feel I cannot get your item to you within the 10 days I will notify you immediately. If you need an item sooner, please get in contact. In the UK I use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (or Special Delivery on higher priced items) which normally takes 1-2 working days to reach you. For orders overseas, please contact me for delivery prices and details.

Terms of Payment

I accept payments via paypal only on the website. You can pay over the phone by debit/credit card on 07540 273022. If you would like to pay by BACS transfer, please get in touch for details using the contact form. Products will not be dispatched to you until payment has been confirmed as valid and lawful and made in full. All prices are quoted in (£) Sterling and include VAT. All prices include postage and gift wrap if selected.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you wish to return the piece of jewellery, I accept returns within 14 days of receipt. I will refund you the cost of the piece, minus postage (excludes personalised orders, see above). If you wish to return earrings, please ensure they have not been worn. Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. If they are not in the UK I'm happy to wait a little longer, given that overseas postage can take a while, so as long you let me know within the fourteen days that you will be returning it.  I will refund as soon as I receive it. Please send any item back using a secure methods (either Recorded or Special Delivery) as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

If for any reason you wish to cancel an order, please email me at, and ensure you include your name, all order details and the date of your order.

If you are able to return the item to me directly in my shop in Bristol, you will be welcome to chose from my larger selection of items for an exchange, or a gift voucher.
